Three bedroom residential structure constructed in Caco, Carriacou. The project commenced in September 2010 and was completed in April 2011. The house was designed and built by KBCS, employing 16 workers for the duration of the project. The colour scheme was selected by the client. The structure was designed with an open concept in mind to maximize the positive effects of Carriacou`s climatic conditions, the abundance of sunshine and prevailing sea breeze. The house has been occupied since completion by our well satisfied customer.
