The road construct project is the main access road of a subdivision development in Meldrum, Carriacou. The scope of the project included the opening of a new access road to facilitate the further sub division of a 25 acre lot into smaller plots for resale for house construction. KBCS was contracted to undertake the civil works in 2010. The road and other road structures have been completed as contracted. Several of the lots have already been sold.
