The pool was constructed in 2009. KBCS was contracted by the clients to do the complete set of drawings for the structure. The design parameters required the pool to be constructed some what like the shape of a kidney, seating should be made available on the “outside” wall of the kidney shapped structure. The seating should allow for occupants to experience waist high water level once the pool is filled. The level of the seating should also match one of the steps on the shallow end of the pool. It was also requested that the shallow end of the pool be at a depth of three feet and the deep end eight feet once the pool is filled with water.
